Heart saw the need to establish a healthy space inside the fast-food variety that is also reasonably priced for consumers.

Hart House's aim is to provide high-quality food at a reasonable price, with sandwiches and burgers priced between $5 and $7 – less than competitors.

The comedian-actor partnered with restaurateur Andy Hopper, chef Mike Salem and entrepreneur Michael Rubin to partner with Hart House, who was an investor.

Hart plans to open six new Hart House location before the end of the year. They already have two locations in Los Angeles under construction, one of which is in the Hollywood area.

“We’re being open minded,” he said. "This is a new generation and a new way of eating when it comes to food consumption. For us this is just the beginning. We will continue to improve over time."
